Know that when you’re experiencing the worst of life, you are manifesting your strength and all you have desired to be and have. It might be painful, feel destructive but it is giving you an opportunity to change something within and around you to help be at your best.
You see, we constantly seek euphoria. The feeling of happiness, confidence and wholeness. When we are not in this state, our life becomes a discomfort to our emotions and our existence. The discomfort is asking you to stop, reevaluate what it is you need and want to feel euphoric again.
Do not ignore and or blame your discomfort on the people around you nor the circumstance. Do not willingly give your power away so easily. You have the power to change it all and always be and feel happy.
Stay true to yourself. Stay connected to what you need and want. Know that when you regain your balance, the people and experiences that are for your highest good, will always surround and be accessible to you.
You are meant to always be happy and confident so do everything in your power to remain here.
I wish you could see what I see in you. Your exterior is nothing but a reflection of your experience in this lifetime. It must be hard to reconcile with all you’ve been through. All that you do, to keep your true self safe, in your own terms, make sense.
Know that I see beyond the ugly you are trying to portray. The true you, the person I see, is love, light and empathy. There’s nothing wrong with you, you have just lived life confused.
No worries, all that you do and whom you are trying to be, does not scare me. I know you are more afraid than I am, because you know that I see you. You can push and pull, but I see you.
Fear has gotten you here. Look around, is this where you really want to be? You know the answer. Have the courage to let go and make room for your light to shine through. Allow healing bring all you desire. It’s your time. Who do you choose to be?
Today let’s focus on what makes us happy and gives us security. We are surrounded by love and appreciation, we just have to be present to recognize and accept it.
Do not let today slip through the demands of life. Take one minute to reach out to everyone you love to remind them you are here. Just say “Hello…thank you for being in my life.”
Granted, many will freak out and wonder if you’re okay, but this is just because we have forgotten to live in gratitude for all the good around us. Acknowledging the people that willingly share their time and space with us, allows us to recognize we are loved and appreciated.
Stay connected. Live, think and breath love. Gratitude will follow and happiness will persist.

Playing a game that never seems to end.
Living afraid of the unknown and insecure of what it could have been.
Stuck in a hot and cold cycle, while sleeping on a shaky psychological terrain.
We recognize this can’t remain, but the uncertainty of us being able to maintain, keeps us in display.
Wake up, listen, you are close to been free again.
Take a leap of faith, and know that what’s on the other end, is strength.
You no longer want to play, you must be direct.
Forgive, learn and love yourself again.
You have had control all along.
Take your lesson learned and get ready to evolve.
Simply choose you, to love.
Self talk is the most important talk you’ll ever have… be kind to yourself!
Closed doors or missed opportunities are signs of greater things to come.
As you go through your day, focus on what you have, what makes your heart smile and your soul rejoice. Stay in this mental state, and watch the universe give you all you ever desired.
