Hello, we meet again.
It has been many years since I have seen you. Many things have changed. I don’t recall a specific day or event that made you retract and hide, but I can tell you, that it’s safe for you to shine again.
You are now strength, security, confidence and most importantly, self love. The thoughts and people that created instability, are no longer part of you. You have learned to release and transform maladaptive thoughts and behavior to acceptance of what is for your highest good.
You continue to want healing for the burdens of the world. That will never change. The wisdom you now possess reminds you, that healing starts with self and it spreads through love and empathy.
Your mindful living has helped you be an instrument of love and peace to others. You bring light and hope to all that surrounds you through your words and actions. You have become one heck of a human being my friend. I am proud of you. I love your ever growing confidence, activism and desire to shine light on humanity’s innately goodness, empathy and love.
Continue your path, we are listening, changing and evolving.
There’s a sense in the air that a new beginning is arriving. Although I don’t know what it brings, I anxiously wait on it. I know that it’s change, a new opportunity to reach a different level of consciousness and empathy.
I am eager to know what it is. I am ready to accept all that it brings. I know it’s for my highest good. So thank you new beginning, whatever you might be. You already bring much hope, contentment and gratitude.
May your arrival align my thoughts, words and actions to help others see, accept and recognize their best self through healing and self love.
Today let’s focus on what makes us happy and gives us security. We are surrounded by love and appreciation, we just have to be present to recognize and accept it.
Do not let today slip through the demands of life. Take one minute to reach out to everyone you love to remind them you are here. Just say “Hello…thank you for being in my life.”
Granted, many will freak out and wonder if you’re okay, but this is just because we have forgotten to live in gratitude for all the good around us. Acknowledging the people that willingly share their time and space with us, allows us to recognize we are loved and appreciated.
Stay connected. Live, think and breath love. Gratitude will follow and happiness will persist.
As you go through your day, focus on what you have, what makes your heart smile and your soul rejoice. Stay in this mental state, and watch the universe give you all you ever desired.
