Love all that comes into your experience and learn to grow from it all. Be grateful for all the contrast that has helped you define and discover what genuinely aligns with your happiness. Many of us are experiencing life according to our current understanding of it. This may be ease, love, gratitude, struggle, confusion or pain. The state in which we find ourselves correlates with the experience and the choices we are currently making.
Our constant thoughts currently dictate how we feel and influence our decisions and response to our current experience. But, what if I tell you that the longer you chose to focus in your negative emotions, the longer your experience will remain? Would you allow your confusion and your pain respond to this knowing? Or, would you allow your desired feeling dictate how you chose to deal with your current experience?
You see, you have a choice. You get to decide the type of experience, life you get to live. In order for this to happen, you must be willing to accept responsibility for your happiness. Focusing on others and the external to influence your happiness, sets you up for disappointment and other painful emotions; because no one knows, uunderstands, feels you better than yourself.
Depending and relying on others to modify their existence, life to meet your expectations and desires, it is not only selfish, but most importantly, it is unrealistic. You are essentially asking everyone in your life to stop living to focus on you. Do you really want to be responsible for everyone’s life?
The only control you have, is over yourself. You control your experience by intentionally and mindfully aligning your thoughts, feelings and behavior according to the life and experience you desire to have. It is your responsibility to decide every minute of your exitance, how you want to feel. Make it your intention to focus on your desired feeling, and push away everything and everyone that it’s not aligned with your desired intention. Deciding how you want to experience life starting today, will allow you to focus your attention and intention to all that supports your ease, love and happiness.
Hello, we meet again.
It has been many years since I have seen you. Many things have changed. I don’t recall a specific day or event that made you retract and hide, but I can tell you, that it’s safe for you to shine again.
You are now strength, security, confidence and most importantly, self love. The thoughts and people that created instability, are no longer part of you. You have learned to release and transform maladaptive thoughts and behavior to acceptance of what is for your highest good.
You continue to want healing for the burdens of the world. That will never change. The wisdom you now possess reminds you, that healing starts with self and it spreads through love and empathy.
Your mindful living has helped you be an instrument of love and peace to others. You bring light and hope to all that surrounds you through your words and actions. You have become one heck of a human being my friend. I am proud of you. I love your ever growing confidence, activism and desire to shine light on humanity’s innately goodness, empathy and love.
Continue your path, we are listening, changing and evolving.
Know that when you’re experiencing the worst of life, you are manifesting your strength and all you have desired to be and have. It might be painful, feel destructive but it is giving you an opportunity to change something within and around you to help be at your best.
You see, we constantly seek euphoria. The feeling of happiness, confidence and wholeness. When we are not in this state, our life becomes a discomfort to our emotions and our existence. The discomfort is asking you to stop, reevaluate what it is you need and want to feel euphoric again.
Do not ignore and or blame your discomfort on the people around you nor the circumstance. Do not willingly give your power away so easily. You have the power to change it all and always be and feel happy.
Stay true to yourself. Stay connected to what you need and want. Know that when you regain your balance, the people and experiences that are for your highest good, will always surround and be accessible to you.
You are meant to always be happy and confident so do everything in your power to remain here.
I wish you could see what I see in you. Your exterior is nothing but a reflection of your experience in this lifetime. It must be hard to reconcile with all you’ve been through. All that you do, to keep your true self safe, in your own terms, make sense.
Know that I see beyond the ugly you are trying to portray. The true you, the person I see, is love, light and empathy. There’s nothing wrong with you, you have just lived life confused.
No worries, all that you do and whom you are trying to be, does not scare me. I know you are more afraid than I am, because you know that I see you. You can push and pull, but I see you.
Fear has gotten you here. Look around, is this where you really want to be? You know the answer. Have the courage to let go and make room for your light to shine through. Allow healing bring all you desire. It’s your time. Who do you choose to be?
Acceptance walks in when you know you have done all you can; you have given your best. There’s no doubt nor hesitation, only a clear path for a new beginning.
